As Messengers at Arms and Sheriff Officers, citation and enforcement is at the core of our business practice. We strive on providing clients with the most efficient, cost effective results and treat each individual case upon its own merits, working in partnership with our clients to ensure the correct course of action is taken to provide the best possible outcome.

Tracing and Investigations

We carry out tracing and investigations as part of our daily methodology in enforcement of debts and service of citations. It can be seen as a key element of the diligence process but can also be used to locate former tenants, beneficiaries and witnesses.

Working in conjunction with our tracing and investigation team, we verify much of the information obtained by personally attending properties. Our field agents can carry our “Pre-sue Analysis Reports” in order to obtain vital information prior to court action.
